You are making assumptions about who did it. The original claim
of responsibility by a Palestinean group is appearantly bogus.
So, thus far, there's nobody officially "responsible".

Personally, I don't have any particular suspects. And I don't
rule out anybody. It could be an insurance scam, e.g. I don't
have any info that proves that it isn't.
