I'm not so sure it's a good thing for the latter. A certain brand of
revolutionary likes to drive a wedge between the masses and the powers that
be, so that the latter will become more distant and arbitrary.
That said, it's very sad to hear about the man dying.
At the same time, where are the protests in the Third World? Why are First
Worlders protesting over this? (I know the stated reasons and, truth be
told, I'm against the WTO, World Bank, and IMF, but because these are
interventions by the governments in the market.:)
