How about just starting to build shoreline floating apartment complexes
like the recently completed "World of ResidenSea"? Existing buildings in a
place like Vancouver have a limited life span. As the sea rises, the old
buildings get torn down anyway and the new ones to replace them can float
so they will be relocated as the owners wish. Operation Noah?
