True. The number of such reports, and their quality, is consistent with
the number and quality of reports I would expect human silliness to
generate in a true-physical world. Of course, this is a post-facto
judgement, but even so.
Also, a report of psychic powers is not necessarily evidence of the Matrix
Hypothesis even if confirmed. Why would this be desirable to the creators
of a simulation? Is that hypothesis more intrinsically probable than the
probability of some hole in our scientific knowledge coughing up psychic
powers? Yes, come to think of it. Never mind.
