From what I understand, no. It is much better to avoid the calories in the
first place. Burning them off afterward may help keep you quick and strong
and prevent flab accumulated from too many calories getting stored, but it
doesn't slow aging. I don't know if it actually speeds up aging (by
accelerating metabolism) but I don't recall ever seeing any 90 year old
sports people.
