I wonder, then, if the results Michael is referring to
might point to a "positive thinking" effect of a
religion. Such as: "We prayed for health, and it will
come, our diety will grant it, so we can all be at
peace now." Maybe this offers a sense of well-being,
stress-relief (I'd love to have some of my problems
taken over by a higher being) and positive growth that
could affect our longevity.
