By this definition God exists. God came into existence as soon as he was
concieved of, tens of thousands of years ago I would guess, will cease to
exist if the Earth is hit by an asteroid tommorow, and has no causal powers
beyond that of the individual thinking of him. I think this is a very
idiosyncratic definition of God and not what most people would say.
