I forgot to mention in my earlier post on this topic--Sarah Lawrence's
web site is dedicated to treating children non-coercively. She writes to
and reads the Extropians list sometimes and has mentioned the Extropians
on her mailing list.
I find that I agree with everything Sarah has to say about the
relationships between adults and children. I'd think her web site might
be useful even for people who don't have kids but who either come into
contact with kids from time to time or who are engaged in healing scars
left from less than ideal childhoods.
