That is part of what I want to get across anyway:
a) having the power to do X and having the desire to do X are different
things;
b) assuming we will remain much as we are in goals and behaviors but
simply be more powerful is just an assumption and a very frightening one
at that;
c) our real expansion capabilities in real space-time must obey real
space-time limits;
d) there will quite likely be a vast set of conflicting goals and active
entities involved. Some energy/resources/time will be spend in working
out those conflicts. In short "we" is a bit overstated as if our goals
will be monolithic and consistent.
