You really must have the proven technology available, before we need to worry
so much about uber bureaucrats. In essence, we don't got it yet! Its my
contention that the state, so to speak, will whither away, given the advent
of molecular assemblers (product-makers) and old man time. Why pay taxes, in
any place in the world if one's needs are met? Bureaucrats suceed only
because enough of the populace becomes police, and military, while the rest
are passive. With plenty abounding, governements will slowly depart, given
time and technology.
