E. Shaun was probably just thinking ahead. Maybe we can make an argument that Epsilon Eridani is in our "territorial waters." The astronomers said it was in our "back yard." Only a measly 10.67 light years. And only about a billion years old - maybe nobody has staked it out yet. Of course, if some other nearby planet has bigger ray guns than us, forget about it.
