How about "as close as possible to your current configuration". This is what
I would pick. I like being biological, and if I had any enhancements I'd
like them to be "biology-like".

Mine is on my keychain, and I have the necklace which I am constantly
playing with but don't really wear too much.
I'd like a ring around my neck which, upon emergency situation, immediately
contracts, decapitating me, and starting an instant neurosuspension. It
would also contain some nanotech "tentacles" to reach out into the
environment and start building a body and reanimating me when the
appropriate time comes.
