some physicists have theorized that the ultimate building block of matter is a
"string." These strings of energy (matter?) have different geometrical
configurations and vibrate. Ed Witten of the Institute for Advanced Study
(Princeton) is the world's expert in superstring theory. There is even
something called a G-string!! No Kidding!!
