Perhaps NodeMasters could all agree to be members of
Extropians-Open and Extropians-Select. When a posting of broader interest
got sent to a node, the nodemaster would forward it to Extropians-Open or
Extropians-Select... or perhaps to the nodemasters for those respective
lists.
After a major threads concludes on the node, nodemasters could
summarize the conclusions and again, if interesting, forward to the other
lists.
