Legalon contains silymarin, as a matter of fact. Apparently "Milk Thistle"
is "Mariendistelfruchte". The exact composition of a capsule is:
"140 mg silymarin with at least 60 mg silibinin in 180 mg extr. fruct.
cardui mariae and certain supporting substances like mannitol,
natriumcarboxymethyl, gelatine, titaniumoxide and ironoxide."
Another great all natural medicine is Hepar-SL forte. It supports the
degestive system and especially the metabolizing of fat. It can be used
in combination with Legalon (or any other silymarin-based medicine)
to enhance the effect.
