EXTRO 3: Minsky to join AI panel

We'll be starting a series of conference information updates soon. This
morning's news is that Marvin Minsky, keynote speaker at the last
conference, has agreed to chair the panel: AI Onset: Continuity or
Singularity? Prof. Minsky is "very likely" to attend, but cannot yet
confirm for certain.
