The membership of the extropians list is in a permanent state of flux, and
an average of about five people join per week, as opposed to about three per
week that unsubscribe. As a result, interesting personality trends pop up
such as the current anti-capitalism trend for some posters. Doubtless in a
few months you will notice a more libertarian leaning again as well. It is
pretty much determined by who posts what and when they do so.
