As a data point, I find this fascinating in that the murder rate in
Stockholm is essentially the same as most highly diversified U.S.
cities. While I knew the murder rate was unusually high for Europe, I had
no idea that it had an unusually high level of ethnic diversity as
well. Curious.
As for city-states, I'm all for the idea. :^)
