Because it has to fullfill the look/walk/talk test and
most of the material around me doesn't seem to do that.

I'll have to think about this a bit. It is conceivable that
you could effect the lookup tables in magnetic fields or
photonic memory but I don't think you are going to do
it with the quantum energy fluctuations.
