They're doubling the number of networked CCTV cameras in the UK
over the next couple of years ... to three million.
A few years ago I moved to Scotland. I'm taking the slow route to
emigration -- voting for the Scottish Nationalist Party. If that
fails, Amsterdam is looking kind of attractive.
