So then a covert lab could have done this and now awaits the awakening of
intelligence in an underground vat somewhere. Hmmm... This has been
discussed ad nauseum on this list, but since we (obviously) don't have
access to secret projects of US military agencies, further discussion
amounts to conjecture.
Kurzweil asks, "Will supersmart computers, nano bots and genetic mutations
take over the world or can we stay in control?" Yeah, right... like we
were ever "in control."
