All it takes is water. If you remember before falling asleep, then drink a
lot of water, try to drink an amount of water at least equal to the amount
of alcoholic beverage you drank. If you forgot before going to sleep, just
wake up and drink as much as possible, and go back to sleep, you will wake
up less hungover. Don't take any aspirin for it, it will dissolve your liver
over time.
