I just saw this on the TV news. It really is tiny.
Currently, doctors have just two points of entry into the body when they are
checking for peptic ulcers and the whole process is, suffice to say, "not
pleasant". Neither is it particularly effective, as it "misses a large chunk
in the middle". Soon, however, an easy-to-swallow, toffee-sized camera will
be getting the full inside story on the small intestine.

Now, the thought strikes me that if Spike can arrange to have a cloud of
wasp size cameras following Mike around and we can sneak some toffee size
cameras into his burgers, then we have total surveillance - outside AND
inside! ;-)
