Perhaps it does, though Harvey has chosen that life style. Even so, as was
pointed out before, Zero has keep his _full_ name and other vital
information (stuff that could be used to find out poop on him) out of the
Extropy list's eye. (Not that it would be hard to find out.:)
But none of the above is an argument against ubquitous surveillance, which
I'm still against.
It would be interesting to see under such a society, if it's even possible,
how information flows are managed. Right now, e.g., people are pretty well
able to protect private information -- from their home life to their
business dealings -- without much effort, though, in recent years, the
various governments have been collecting more and more data and also are
generally against privacy, despite some recent court rulings and laws.
