New Hampshire is quite a bit more humid than Mojave- and here I get
static zaps several times a day, just from fabric rubbing on fabric.
Bad juju around flammable mixtures- when venting ethane during rocket
testing, I either flare the gas off right away, or use a fan to rapidly
dilute it while touching a grounded control box.
