Prediction: It will turn out that various actors have been collecting
intel on "exploits" of critical systems, public and black-ops, and will
time their assaults on same to best advantage with whatever "organic" or
"genuine" Y2K problems arise. Or they'll threaten to, and extort whatever
the market will bear out of the targets. The UK milsat is just the tip of
the iceberg, whether it really got hacked or not.
