Junk mail and rotting web

I just received an interesting piece of junk mail with a suggestion of new web service - see below.

A few years ago, I started hoping that deterioration of the Internet services, mostly through growth of annoying, pushy, stupid, irrelevant stuff - would create a demand for semantic services and thus give rise to deserving ideas and create a rich semantic field for growth of distributed AI. I was right in the first part it seems; Usenet is practically unusable now, junk email is rampant, search engines are getting spammed with thousands of automatically generated pages with fake keywords...

Now the following invention may help websites present data to the search engines that is entirely unrelated to the content the user is going to see there...

This is an interesting development at the time when the search engines are de-emphasizing their search functions altogether and try to turn themselves into advertisement-supported "portals".

Now, where are the intelligent web services?
