A new web site opened today that provides resources for conducting
online searches of grant funding sources, focusing on biomedical
research. It is sponsored by the American Association for the
Advancement of Science and by the Howard Hughes Medical Institute.

I don't know whether this database includes international
sources--perhaps someone with a specific topic could do some searches
and tell us.
