I just posted to the transhuman tech list about the discovery of a
human chimera: it had both male and female cells (it seems that the
embryos fused after IVF) and was a slight bit intersexual (one testis
developed into an ovary). It seems that there are natural human
chimeras around too, but in most cases they are never discovered (The
chimeras are amongst us! And the clones are everywhere!). Maybe it is
time to show people that it is normal with nonstandard reproduction
and genetics.
