creativity and Prozac, maybe

I looked over my mail for the last couple of months - searching
mailbox files for my own name - and was pleasantly surprised at
how often I've written something clever or insightful; I had
worried that I'd lost a good chunk of my "powers". I said as
much to my ex-wife, whose prompt response was "It's the drugs."
I stopped taking Prozac a few months ago. Maybe it's the drugs,
maybe it was just my temperamental pessimism talking.
