Why would anyone work if they already had enough money, and didn't have
some other goal such as the Singularity? I mean, some rich blokes decide
to go on working even after they have enough money, and that's fine with
me, but I don't see any reason why the opposite case isn't acceptable
too. As far as I'm concerned, yon rich blokes have simply made some tiny
increment of progress toward the reasonable standard of living that I
expect to someday be available to everyone. And incidentally, who are
these rich blokes you know?
