John, the guy who decries many well thought out real plans as fiction,
yet takes science fiction as fact.... Actually, in a Martian atmosphere,
10 km is nowhere near close enough. With such thin air, fireball and
blast wave effects will be negligible. If its an air burst, most of the
energy will go into space, while a ground burst would make a crater.
