I have a busy career; I also run a major political organisation; I
appear on the media regularly; I'm currently writing a biography of a
major economist and editing 2 volumes of his papers; I'm researching and
compiling a definitive bibliography of libertarian thought (6 vols long
so far); I'm writing and researching other papers; I edit and assist
other writers; I subscribe to about 200 news groups; and I try to
exercise regularly and have a satisfying cultural and sexual life - so
time is a little short to pursue every interesting reference.
It didn't seem an unreasonable request to ask the poster of two reviews
if he could possible post their sources, which he presumably had in the
first place - but apparently not.
Do forgive me for my appalling laziness and presumption.
