Well, as my buddy's wife would say "This is just a big bowl of
wrong". I think this probably violates the idea of separation of
church and state.
If they want to increase donations to charities, they could create
the appropriate tax deduction incentives to accomplish this. We
don't need any double agenda nonsense.
