Excellent post and nice information Michael Lowry! I think its been more
then demonstrated that gun confiscations don't lead to a substantial (or
any?) lowering of crime and in fact generally the trend is the exact
opposite. I will have to condemn Damien Broderick for having to resort to
such seething insultive language. I didn't see anyone else talking in such a
way to you. I though Michael Lowry's post on the other hand was doing an
excellent job of an argument from logic as opposed to an argument by
intimidation. Maybe you should reinforce your argument instead of raising
you voice in the future. I'm sure this will trigger another spasmodic verbal
ejaculation, but think a sec before you start firing off, noone here was
being abusive to you.
