Are they disenfranchised when they CHOOSE to remain disenfranchised?
What I'd like to see is a class action lawsuit against cities that
restrict the individual's right to defend themselves, under the same
equal protection principles that Bush won his court fight with. That
would really shake up the fascists at city hall.
