You might want to check out http://uk2.net/ -- UK2.net are about
the biggest low-cost registration business in the UK.
(Warning: my employer is UK2.net's credit card PSP, so I have a

the Slightly Paranoid Mail Server (read: anti-spam mail server,
not publicly released but running on antipope.org and tdv.com and
elsewhere for the past year or two).
