Because I don't wish to be crushed like a bug. (Looks damned low to the
ground to me.)

I have neck probs, so riding a bike crouched over in the sexy speedster
position kills me. I pedal along decorously, clutching trailbike
handlebars, like a French country curate (but without the long black
flapping soutane...)
