No stats, just decades of experience with ER's. The kind of rotting corpse
that you
descibe is very rare. They do happen, but most of them are the result of
the body
being intentionally hidden-buried, or the old cement boot thing. A great many
elderly folks with poor health have call buttons to prevent themselves from
being
ignored to death.
