Don't think starting one would be all that hard. I once had a space
colonization discussion list -- from 1996 to 1997. The response and traffic
were low, but it was easy to setup and maintain.

I imagine with this more _realistic_ idea -- and I'm all for space
colonization, but sans nanotech, I don't see it happening for at least the
next two or three decades -- would attract more attention. I'd be more in
favor of a list with some rules so the discussion stays on topic and is
productive -- as opposed to it merely be a gossip area or a place for people
to one-up each other.

I have yet to get a copy of _Nanomedicine_ -- mostly because of the price
issue. (And it's probably beyond my understanding right now.:)
