You liked it?! Did you like the part about destroying all modern chips
and forcing everyone to go back 25 years and use processors no faster
than 10 mega hertz and memory no greater than 1 megabyte? Think what
this would entail; in addition to destroying the Internet every machine
tool in the world, every car every truck every airplane every ship, in
fact nearly every machine that uses electricity on the planet would have
to be torn apart and rendered into junk to get at those forbidden chips.
It sounds like something out of Pol Pot’s dreams.
And of course ALL the armies of the world would have to destroy ALL
their jets and tanks and subs and smart bombs and even rifles with LASER
range-finders. Do you really believe you could ever get EVERYBODY to
agree to do that? Remember the compliance would have to be 100%, because
if it was only 99% the one small army that kept its modern weapons could
take over the world from armies armed with nothing but World War 2
weapons.
Do you really think such a idiotic ban is possible, do you think it’s
even desirable? The idea is brain dead dumb.

A reference of foolish Luddite remarks perhaps, I can’t think of
anything else it’s good for. Those parts that were correct were not
original and those parts that were original were not correct.
