Have you looked into the Everett Interpretation of QM? (which is gaining
popularity among physicists - indeed, some, like David Deutsch, say that
it is not an interpretation but a direct _consequence_ of the theory).
Everett is completetly deterministic - randomness only emerges from
oberserver point of view.
