Well, yes and no. If you read my essay on morality and evolution, I
mentioned that you could assess the practicality of a moral standpoint
without making moral judgement about it. So you can argue ethics from
the basis of practicality. For example "It's more practical to believe
that property ownership is a moral right than not". ;) Morality
evolves just like everything else.
