Yes, I agree with this.

In my own case, my wilder expectations are already published in parts of my
book "Creating Internet Intelligence," as well as on my website. They're no
secret.

If I become involved in any PR efforts involving "watered down" renditions
of the Singularity, my own more extreme views will be right out there for
the delectation of anyone curious enough to read my books or website.
