Assuming the Jupiter brains have meaningful internal substructure with memetic
interactions, I'd think memetic warfare would count. Of course, this would
require memetic competition within each Jupiter brain, and would tend to
exist only if Jupiter brains with internal memetic conflict had an advantage
over those without.
