True, but a properly chosen sequence will generate the tertiary sequence to
place a subset of the amino acids in essentially any relative position.
Certainly the ribosomes in your body would be capable
of generating a singularity-type event if operated by something that
could know exactly what any protein could do. But that kind of
knowledge seems to be an NP-complete kind of problem and I don't
think that kind of knowledge is attainable by any method other than
a heavy-duty quantum computer.
