Thats pretty much what I concluded John. In a small way, I am working
towards both simultaneously: joining Foresight as a senior associate and
by arranging 700 desktop computers to work on GIMPS. My [admittedly
halfhearted] attempt at setting up an extropians GIMPS team was for
helping set up an infrastructure in which a singularity could eventually
