I'll take a wild stab at it and say 11/17/1999?

The last *even* day would have been, lessee, 12/30/0888.

Hence, we're one of the few people to see an odd and an even day. Given
a normal human lifespan and positively increasing numbering, it can only
happen during the rollover from an odd-digit millennium to an even-digit millennium.

The last generation to see an odd day and an even day would have been
the generation that saw the flipover from 888 AD to 911 AD.
