Neither group is inherently more deserving, IMHO. Morality is
subjective, after all. Morals are only "good" or "bad" in the context of
personal supergoals, which are essentially arbitrary. So humans (us!)
will be defending their interests, and the machines theirs, and they'll
*both* be right. Remember folks, the moment you die (permanently), the
universe might as well cease to exist. Nothing matters anymore. So let's
focus on staying alive.
