Or you could follow the example of the Russian mathematician
Sonya Kovalevskaya, who's nursery walls were papered with
pages of mathematical notes. Personally I had very little
access to anything intellectually stimulating, but like you
my parents were careful to not impose their views on me.
How the whole transhumanism thing came about is something of
a mystery to me, I've never been a fan of science fiction
and never had access to any related material.
